Use these steps to retrieve the iCal (.ics) link from your Booking.com Extranet so you can import your bookings into Bookedin.
Tip: Please complete these steps on a desktop or laptop the Extranet and calendar settings are much easier to manage on a larger screen.
Open your browser and log in to your Booking.com Extranet (the management environment for your listing).
Go to Rates & Availability → Calendar (or navigate directly to Sync calendars / Sync your calendars). This is where you manage calendar imports and exports.
On the Sync page, you will usually find two sections: Import (reading calendars) and Export your calendar (sharing your calendar). In the Export your calendar section, click Copy link or Export calendar. A unique iCal URL will be displayed for you to copy (this URL usually ends in .ics or contains ical).
Example: A Booking.com iCal link looks similar to: https://admin.booking.com/hotel/hoteladmin/ical.html?t=... or https://ical.booking.com/v1/export?t=...
Click Copy link or manually select and copy the displayed URL (Ctrl/Cmd + C). Save this link — this is what you will paste into Bookedin.
Log in to Bookedin (https://www.app.bookedin.nl/login/).
Navigate to Plugins → Synchronization and Import.
Click Import new calendar, select the Bookedin calendar you want to import into, paste the iCal link, name the import (e.g., Booking.com), and choose the desired booking status. Click Create.
Your bookings have been successfully imported from Booking.com. From now on, reservations from the linked platform will be automatically read and added to your Bookedin calendar.
Check out these guides for importing from other platforms:
Which data is exported? On some platforms, you can choose whether to export only confirmed bookings or also closed/blocked dates. Check the export options in Booking.com if they are displayed.
Privacy: Do not share your iCal link publicly — anyone with the link can view your calendar availability.
Sync time: Updates via iCal are periodic; changes may take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours to reflect on external platforms.
No export button visible? Ensure you are looking at the correct listing or unit (sometimes settings are per room/unit) and that you are in the Extranet view. Use a desktop browser instead of the mobile app. If you still cannot find it, consult the Booking.com Help Center or Support.
