Import bookings from external websites

Importing bookings from external websites

With Bookedin, you can easily import bookings from external platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or Micazu.nl. This is done via an iCalendar (ICS) connection, allowing you to manage all your reservations clearly within Bookedin.

1. Log in to your account

Go to https://www.app.bookedin.nl/login/ and log in with your credentials. You will arrive directly at your dashboard.

2. Check if you have a calendar

  • Already created a calendar? → Proceed to step 3.

  • No calendar yet? → Follow the guide "Make your first calendar" first.

3. Navigate to the Synchronization and Import page

In the menu, click on PluginsSynchronization and Import. On this page, you will see two tables:

  • Imports → to load external calendars into Bookedin.

  • Exports → to share your Bookedin bookings with external platforms.

4. Click on Import New Calendar

Press the blue button "Import new calendar".
A pop-up will appear with the title Synchronize Bookings.

5. Enter the import details

In the pop-up, fill in the following fields:

  • Calendar → Choose the specific Bookedin calendar where you want to import the bookings.

  • Import Name → Give it a recognizable name, such as Airbnb.

  • Booking Status → Choose the default status for the imported bookings (e.g., Confirmed, Confirmed with deposit, Personal use, or Unavailable).

  • iCal Synchronization Link → Paste the iCal link you copied from the external website here.

6. Create the connection

Click the blue button "Create". The connection will be established immediately, and bookings from the external platform will be automatically loaded into Bookedin.

7. All set!

Your bookings have been successfully imported. From now on, reservations from the linked platform will be automatically read and added to your Bookedin calendar. You can now view and manage all your bookings in one central place.
